ASAT 2022 Date

On March 17, 2022, all sixth- through twelfth-grade students will take the ASAT exam at a well-known coaching centre. People who want to take the Scholarship exam can do so by going to the official website or by going directly to the office of the coaching institute.

ASAT Test Timing

The Allen scholarship test will take place at the following times:

All applicants must send in the following documents with the Allen scholarship form:

• Copy of the JEE(Advanced) 2021 Admit Card along with the Original Admit Card for verification. The website has a printout of the JEE(Advanced) 2021 Result. TS08, ES25 Copy of the JEE(Main) 2021 Admit Card along with the Original Admit Card for verification. The JEE(Main) 2021 Result was posted on the website and can be printed out.
• MS07, MS25: Copy of NEET(UG) 2021 Admit Card along with the original and a printout of the NEET(UG) 2021 Result from the Internet. In the case of MS25, an ALLEN-Card from the year before is also needed for verification, along with the Original. TS09, MS09, and ES09: Make a copy of your ALLEN I-Card from a year-long classroom course from the previous year and keep the original for verification.
• TS11, MS11 There is no need for a document. This scholarship will be given to a student based on their overall performance, behaviour, attendance, and discipline in their first year of school (Nurture Course). TS16, TS17, TS18, TS19, TS35, MS16, MS1, MS18, MS19, MS35, ES16, ES17, ES18, ES19, ES35, PS03, PS06, PS08, PS09, PS35, PS36, PRERMO15Letter or Certificate from HBCSE, KVPY, and Olympiad Foundations.
• This only works one time. TS24, MS24, ES24, PS10 Any of the following can be used to check the name of the parent: Birth certificate, Aadhaar card, school report card, tenth or twelfth grade report card. Criteria for the Allen Scholarship Test

• For the applicant to be able to take the Allen scholarship test, they must meet the following requirements for each course:

Preparing for Medical School (NEET/AIIMS)

• For the year 2020-21, applicants must be in or have finished class 11.
• For the year 2020-21, applicants must be in or have finished 10th grade.

Getting ready for engineering (JEE Main)

• For the year 2020-21, applicants must be in or have finished class 11.
• For the year 2020-21, applicants must be in or have finished 10th grade.

Courses for beginners (PNCF and Olympiad)

How to Apply for the Allen Scholarship Test

To apply for the scholarship, you just need to follow these simple steps:

• You will have to pay the fees at the organization’s admissions office and pick up the application form.
  You can also fill out the form by going to the organization’s official website.

• For Courses Where Direct Admission Is the Only Way to Get In
• Two days before the first day of class, you can fill out the Online Application Form.
  You can also send a filled-out OMR Application Form and a recent colour photo the size of a passport to our Corporate Office (KOTA), or you can bring it to our Admission Office OR Information Center Office in person.
  For the Admission Process to go smoothly, we need to receive your fully filled Application Form before the course starts.

For Courses Where the Allen Scholarship Admission Test is the Only Way to Get In (ASAT).

• The Online Application Form can be filled out two days before the ASAT Date.
• You can also send a filled-out OMR Application Form and a recent colour photo the size of a passport to our Corporate Office (KOTA), or you can bring it to our Admission Office OR Information Center Office in person.
• If the ASAT mode is offline, you can make and print your admit card from our website and bring it to the ASAT Test Center you chose.

Results of the Allen Scholarship Test (ASAT)

Applicants can find out the results of their scholarship tests by going to the official website after they have passed the test. The results of the scholarship test will be posted on the official website one week after the test. Those who pass the Scholarship Admission Test will be notified by SMS at the mobile number they gave on the application form.
