Criteria for eligibility
For the applicant to be eligible for the scholarship, he or she must meet the following requirements:
- For Undergraduate Courses, candidates must have passed their 10+2 (or an equivalent) exam in relevant subjects.
- Candidates must have gotten at least 60% (B. Tech.) or 50% (non-B. Tech.) on the qualifying exam at the 10+2/Intermediate level, and they can only get in if they do well on the State Common Entrance Test/MRUCET, which is run by the University, or on the basis of their performance on the qualifying exam.
- Candidates for engineering and other graduate courses must be 17 years old by June 30 of the year they want to start.
- For postgraduate courses, applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised college or university that took at least four years to complete.
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in management from a recognised Institute or University. This degree must be at least three years long.
- Candidates must have gotten at least 60% on the qualifying exam for their bachelor’s degree, and they can get in through GATE, State Common Entrance, MRUCET, or the qualifying exam based on their scores.
- PHD: Applicants must have completed a Master’s programme or something similar in the same field.
- Admission through NET/GATE/Equivalent National Level Common Entrance Test/State Common Entrance Test (if any)/Malla Reddy University Entrance Examination/Merit & Interview by the University.
