Criteria for the Azim Premji University Undergraduate Scholarship
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following rules:
- The applicant must have passed the 12th board exams or taken them.
- As of July 1, 2019, the applicant can’t be older than 19 years old.
- The family income can’t be more than INR 12 Lakh per year.
- The applicant had to get at least 50% on his or her Class 12 board exams.
- Applicants who will be taking their last exam by June 2019 are also eligible.
Benefits Of The Scheme
The scholarship helps in the following ways:
- Under the fellowship, the candidates will receive a monthly payment of Rs. 28,800.
- After the two-year programme, the candidates will have the chance to work for the Azim Premji Foundation.
- The applicants are given scholarships based on how much money they have, and the money comes in the following ways:
- In rare cases, the school will cover the full cost of tuition, housing, and food.
- Fees for tuition and housing can be waived in full or in part.
- A portion of the tuition fee is taken off.
- For the fourth year, there will be no tuition fees.

- 3 years IT returns
- Passbook from a bank that shows transactions from April 2016 to the present
- School fees paid for the past two years have been received.

- The scholarship is subject to change every year.

Selection criteria for the Azim Premji University Undergraduate Scholarship
For this scholarship, the applicant will have to go through the following steps:
- A test will be given to see how much the candidates know about socioeconomics, geography and politics, reading comprehension, descriptive writing, and the ability to think critically.
